Discuss East Lohman's Existing Conditions & Next Steps at the Work Session on 11/9

Over the past months, the East Lohman planning team has conducted existing conditions research and stakeholder interviews to understand the East Lohman project area as part of the initial phases of the East Lohman Plan. On November 9th at 1 pm, we will have a Work Session with Las Cruces City Council via Zoom to present the Existing Conditions Memo and go over the findings, including the key issues, opportunities, connectivity, potential range of uses, and real estate analysis. This meeting will be open to the public.

The purpose of this meeting is to get City Council and the public's input prior to scenario development. Please join us and check the participate page to learn about ways to share your ideas!
